Have you ever dream of changing your car’s colour every month or etc? Well, I think I found one solution to it which is rather interesting. They called it “Don’t Paint Your Car, Tape It!”

A guy in Munich was so bored of his BMW 335Ci that he send his car to the garage to get it tape with white colours tape. Unlike re-paint, it took only 2 days to get the fresh look instead of normally 4 to 5 days if you want good quality and workmanship re-painting job.

 Taping Process: -

The whole idea of this taping is to reduce cost of re-painting the car and it could also protect the car original paint from scratches (just like my car which always travel on the highway, also hit and scratch by small pieces of stones and etc). The tape also able to withstand it’s quality without damage for at least 3 years. In the case when you get bored with it, you can also change it to another colour as it is available in variety of colour choices. Peeling off is also not a problem as it would not do any damage to the existing layer of paint. Take a look on the picture of the making of the taping process and the outcome.

Taping Outcome: -

Look interesting and seem good to fulfill my dream to turn my City white. I think I have to start looking around if such product is available in Malaysia and also the pricing wise.
